Shipping & Returns

Once you have discussed and paid the agreed amount, we will ship the items using an international carrier of your choice. We will also insure your products with international / applicable insurance. 

If you think you did not received the agreed upon item, once inspected and confirmed, we will get it shipped back to us (if it's our fault, we will pay, if it is user error, the client will pay) and re-ship the correct item.
